# Changing or withdrawing consent

> You're in control — stop sharing at any time, immediately.

Your consent is never permanent. You can withdraw it whenever you want.

    On your parent page, go to the **Settings** tab. It shows what's currently being shared.

  <Step title="Withdraw consent">
    Tap **Withdraw consent** and confirm.

## What happens when you withdraw

* Your parent page stops showing your child's information right away.
* The coaching staff can **no longer capture** new notes about your child.
* Processing of your child's information stops.

  Withdrawing doesn't erase your right to a copy. You can still
  [export everything held about your child](/parents/export-data) even after you withdraw.

  Changed your mind? Ask your coach to send a fresh consent request and you can grant it again.
