You can download everything RinkNotes holds about your child, any time, from the Settings tab → Download Record. It builds a ZIP of plain JSON files and downloads it to your device.

What’s inside

It’s not a tidy PDF — it’s the actual data, one file per kind, so it’s complete and portable:
  • player.json — name, jersey number, birth year, position, team.
  • consent.json — your current consent, the policy version, and the full history of every grant and withdrawal.
  • feedback.json — the development summaries written about your child.
  • game_stats.json — the per-game counts.
  • action_items.json — the “what to work on” items.
  • capture_events.json — the confirmed notes attributed to your child, including the raw transcript of what the coach actually said.
Two things worth knowing:
  • It’s the complete held record — not just what’s currently shown on your page. Even categories you’ve turned off are included.
  • It works even after you withdraw consent, so you can always keep your own copy.
