RinkNotes is set up by a coach, team manager, or club admin — not by parents. But if you’ve heard about RinkNotes and want it for your team, you can nudge the person who can set it up.
This is just a friendly heads-up to your coach or club. It doesn’t create an account, a roster, or any record of your player — nothing about your child is stored. All it does is send a message suggesting they take a look.

Send the invite

Open rinknotes.wispera.ai/start, choose “I’m a parent”, and you’ll get a short form:
1

Your player and team

Add your player’s name and team so the message reads naturally. (This is only used to write the message — it isn’t saved.)
2

Pick how to send it

Choose Email, Text, or WhatsApp, and enter your coach’s or club contact’s address or number.
3

Review and send

You’ll see the exact message before it goes. Send it, and that’s it.
The message they receive reads:
Hi — I’m [your player]‘s parent on [your team]. I came across RinkNotes — voice-first player development for minor hockey — and think it could be a great fit for our team. Could you take a look? If it works, you can set it up and invite the parents. Thanks!

What happens next

1

They get your invite

It links them straight to setting up RinkNotes for your team.
2

They set up your team

A coach, manager, or club admin signs up and gets the team going — roster, consent, and capture.
3

You get a consent invite — and you're in

Once they add your player, you’ll get a one-tap consent link. Say yes and your player’s updates unlock for you.
Already got a consent request from a coach? You don’t need this page — start at You got a consent request instead.
