Add each player on your team. For every player you enter:
  • Full name
  • Jersey number (optional)
  • Birth year (year only — never a full birth date)
  • Position (optional)
You need at least one player to continue.
Why birth year and not a birthday? RinkNotes only needs the age group, so it stores the birth year and nothing more precise. There’s no place to enter a full date of birth.
Names are stored only under consent and never leave your team without it. Adding a player to your roster is safe — the next step is asking their parent for consent before any notes are captured about them.
