A note says 'Consent blocked' — what do I do?
That player’s parent hasn’t granted consent (or has withdrawn it). Go to
Roster & Consent, check the player’s status, and send or re-send a consent request.
Once the parent approves, the note becomes reviewable.

Attribution chips only show for coaches who can see outputs, and only list players whose
parents have consented. Parent volunteers don’t see them by design.

If you’re offline, RinkNotes queues notes on your device and shows a count. They upload
automatically when you’re back online. Check the sync status pill at the top of the
Capture screen.

Hands-free wake word and AirPod capture are iOS app features and need microphone and
notification permissions. On the web app, use tap-to-record. If you’re on iOS and it
still isn’t triggering, confirm you’ve started a Game, Practice, or General session and
granted notification permission.

If you’re on more than one team, a team switcher appears at the top of the sidebar
(web) or in the header (iOS app). Pick a team to move your whole workspace — roster,
feed, and outputs — to it. See Switching teams.

On the web workspace, use Log out at the bottom of the sidebar. On the iOS
app, tap the account icon in the top-right and choose Log out. You can also log out
from your Account page anytime.
