That player’s parent hasn’t granted consent (or has withdrawn it). Go to Roster & Consent, check the player’s status, and send or re-send a consent request. Once the parent approves, the note becomes reviewable.

I don't see the jersey chips to attribute a note.

Attribution chips only show for coaches who can see outputs, and only list players whose parents have consented. Parent volunteers don’t see them by design.

My notes aren't uploading.

If you’re offline, RinkNotes queues notes on your device and shows a count. They upload automatically when you’re back online. Check the sync status pill at the top of the Capture screen.

The wake word ('RinkNotes') isn't working.

Hands-free wake word and AirPod capture are iOS app features and need microphone and notification permissions. On the web app, use tap-to-record. If you’re on iOS and it still isn’t triggering, confirm you’ve started a Game, Practice, or General session and granted notification permission.

A player's outputs are empty.

Outputs only appear after a coach confirms the underlying notes. Check the Feed for notes still waiting on review.

I coach more than one team — how do I switch?

If you’re on more than one team, a team switcher appears at the top of the sidebar (web) or in the header (iOS app). Pick a team to move your whole workspace — roster, feed, and outputs — to it. See Switching teams.

How do I log out?

On the web workspace, use Log out at the bottom of the sidebar. On the iOS app, tap the account icon in the top-right and choose Log out. You can also log out from your Account page anytime.
