  • Email magic link — enter your email and click the link we send you. No password.
  • Google or Apple — one tap.
The first time you sign in, RinkNotes starts the setup wizard automatically.

Create your club and team

Name your club

If you’re the first person from your club, enter your club name. If a teammate already set up your club, you’ll instead pick it from a list and just add your team to it.

Name your team

Enter the team name, division, and season (for example, “U13 A”, “2025–26”).

You're the head coach

Whoever creates the team becomes its head coach, with the ability to capture notes and review everything. You can hand this off or add other coaches next.
Your team now exists. Next, invite any other coaches or helpers.
A “club” (organization) can hold many teams. Set the club up once; each coach adds their own team under it. See Roles & permissions for who can do what.
